Questions - Part One
cpa mom asked: Where were you born, and where all have you lived?

I was born in Springfield, Missouri. I currently live in a town just a few miles from there. I have lived all my life in small towns in southern Missouri. What can I say? I don't like change.

But just to make that answer a little more interesting, during my childhood, I lived in a little backwoods "shack", a trailer, my granny's house, an apartment, and two different houses (which were both near the lake).

As an adult, I've lived in three different dorm rooms (with a Hooter's girl, a girl who sold knives, a girl who was normal, and I ended up being a bridesmaid in her wedding, and one who ended up being one of my very best friends.) I also lived in an apartment, for a year with a roommate (who I drove crazy with my obsessiveness, but she is still my close friend) and two years by myself. And my husband and I are now living in our second home, which I hope we are staying in for quite a while, as I have spent weeks now REDOING THE BATHROOM.

And, cpa mom, read my comments to you on my last blog entry!

stepmomof2 asked: Do you have any tattoos? If so, what and where?

I do! I got a small butterfly on the side of my foot when I was 20. I have had it redone once due to fading. And now, after massive foot swelling with my first pregnancy, it looks like CRAP. Nobody ever knows what it is, but I don't regret getting it and hope to have it redone again.

I also have a lower back tattoo, which is pretty large. It is a black, tribal design that was partially freehanded by the tattoo artist, who was missing part of a finger (!). It has my astrological sign (the aries symbol) in the center. I LOVE it, and once upon a time, I was thin and wore short tops with low rise cargo pants and made sure everybody could see it. Now, not so much.

I'm planning on getting a shaker of salt (my tribute to my affection for Jimmy Buffett) as my reward when I lose weight. Tattoos are ADDICTIVE!

That was FUN! MJD and meowmix, your questions are up next!

If you get three tattoos, you are officially past the "I like tattoos" stage and have moved full into the "tattoo-a-holic" stage... Just to warn you. ;)

That's cool about the tattoos. I have love butterflies. I have two butterfly tattoos; one on my hip and one on my leg. I love tribal stuff too. Tattoos are definitely addictive!

You and CPA Mom are totally long lost sisters. HA!

Okay, a girl who sold knives!? Seriously? Did you ask her how one goes about getting into the knife business?

So I totally missed the boat on asking you questions, but I look forward to reading the answers.
