This page celebrates my son's OBSESSION with lining things up and organizing them:

This page is Laura having fun with her daddy. The journaling just talks about how much fun they have together and how I hope that they will always have a close relationship:

This layout is this year's pumpkin carving fun! I really love it, but my picture taking ability is crappy, so you can't see the beautiful hand beaded stitching down the center of the page. Grrrr:

My favorite layout (at least for the moment). This is me and the hubby while I was pregnant with Garrett. The words on the right say 'grateful', 'imagine', 'dream', 'miracle', 'love', 'wonder', and 'happiness':

This one is in honor of Laura's recent Oreo disaster. The background paper has chocolate bars on it, and there are ribbons and buttons accenting each picture:

Wow! You are amazing..you made some very beautiful pages. And I love the way you capture the "heartwrenching" days that can be funny in hindsight. Very great. On another note...you might have what is called a "stitch" feature on from your scanner that lets you scan in your page in two halves and then "stitch" them back together in the computer.
You have serious talent for this stuff! NICE!
You are amazing! Having your pages published in a scrapbooking magazine and checking it off of your To Do list won't be long!
B..E..A..Utiful!!
Thursday???
How cool are you?! I've heard a lot of good things about scrapbooking--a woman at work is a consultant for Creative Memories and is always eager to show off her latest catalog. It sounds interesting, but I barely remember to print our photos, let alone bind them into books. You have a wonderful talent for it, though!
Love, love, love the pages. I am so glad I went Friday night too! I needed to have that creative outlet. In fact it has inspired me to scrap tonight and drink chocolate, mint truffle flavored coffee. Sooooo good!

Those are awesome! I wished I lived there so I could be your apprentice! I'll have kids, then move home and you can be my mentor. Nobody wants to see the cat lady's scrapbook! (by the way, I'm NOT a cat lady!)
I never know where to comment on double-post entries. Bah.
However, those are really nice! I tried to get into scrapbooking (and selling the supplies... shh!!) but it didn't work. Some day, maybe, I'll give it another go, but I'm not sure I have the patience for it... which is sad, since I used to be so into artsy/craftsy things :(
I'll just live that part of my life vicariously through you for a while, I think :D
You are gooooood. I wish I had the time and patience and creativity to do something like that. But, I don't.
Blogger just ate my comment because I switched to beta :-( Anyways, I was just saying that your scrapbooking pages are great. You are really talented and those pages show just how much you love your family. I'm glad you are no longer too depressed to do the things you enjoy and are so good at.
