I'm really dropping the ball with blogging lately...tis the season, right? I finally have a nice little group of regular readers and then I don't post for six days...don't give up on me yet!
My excuses? Illness, a certain concert in Dallas (post coming, I'm trying to get blogger to COOPERATE), exhaustion, Christmas preparations, my son's school program (again, post coming soon), and a death in the family, which required an unexpected two day trip to Oklahoma.
And some other things, about which I will fill you in later.
So until tomorrow (DIXIE CHICKS POST!!!), I leave you with this:

Ahhh, I do not miss the snow!
I'm sorry for your family's loss. Hope everyone is coping OK.
Also, your cake posts were so phenomenal that you've probably got another two or three days before we readers seek greener pastures. :)
